Beginning 2010 the Board of Directors created several Action Teams. Interested and active members on the Action Teams help identify and implement improvements in the TimeBank.
The oversee different projects such as Maxine's TimeBank Store, Youth Court, the Coming Home Project (Prison  reentry) Weatherization, Transit Mobility and new programs.  They also help coordinate:
         Special Events

         Fundraising/Resource Development

         Outreach and community relations

         Membership - Policy, Procedure, Functionality
