If you are a member and are having trouble accessing the official Timebank site for the first time, or if you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps:

Go to TimeBanks Online Directory. Enter your email address in the textbox provided, click 'sign in' then click to receive a new password. You will get an email from 'sysadmin' (check your spam filter if you don't see it) that will contain a link to click. That will take you to a page where you'll choose a password.  Please call Stephanie at 663-0400 if you have any trouble with this step. Once you are online write down your password and bookmark the page! The timebank coordinators do not have access to your password if you forget it.

If you use the 'help' button on the website it will go to the national software programmer and administrator. If you have a problem that can be solved locally, or you just need help with the process, contact Stephanie at (608) 663-0400 or info@danecountytimebank.org.
